Glaxo Sales Reps Are Unhappy: Poll
1 CommentBy Ed Silverman // February 14th, 2007 // 4:27 pm

Take it with the proverbial grain of salt, but 56 percent of the sales reps who responded to a survey on the CafePharma web site say they’re not thrilled about the merger that formed GlaxoSmithKline. Of those, 41 percent used to be with Glaxo while the other 15 worked for the former SmithKlineBeecham.
This doesn’t prove very much, if anything. And so far, only 100 have voted. Moreover, anyone can vote. For all we know, reps from other companies voted negatively just to ruin morale among the Glaxo reps. Although if the poll is largely accurate, they already have lousy morale.

glad i retired 3 years ago for gsk. worked for them almost 22 years. Don’t miss it one bit. got my medical and Rx coverage. Would not have stayed so long but the medical came if you lasted to age 55. They really worked are retirement over with the cash balance over the pension. They are quite good at cutting your benefits.
