We’ve heard some of you aren’t getting Pharmalot e-mails you signed up to receive. It looks like they’re going out. The problem, however, is that the’re getting caught in spam filters. As some of you may know, pharma is a big source of spam and computer gremlins are trained to keep it out.

There are a couple things you can do to let it in, though:

Look for our e-mail in your spam box a few minutes after 1 p.m. EST on any day we’re posting. Depending on your e-mail software, you can tell it that it’s not junk and you want to keep getting it.

Adding

to your address book can also be a huge help. This one usually does the trick by letting your computer know you like to keep in touch with us. This is a form of “white listing” which lets you set us as somebody you want to receive emails from.

If all else fails, you might want to try a different email address or software. We’ve had good luck using a gmail account.
