David Snow, who has led the big PBM ever since it was spun off from Merck in 2003, earned a $1.18 million salary last year, along with $1.7 million from a non-equity incentive plan, and stock and options that were valued at $7.2 million at the time these were awarded a year ago.
Snow, 52, also received $44,809 in ‘other compensation,’ which included $22,620 for his car allowance, $10,000 for financial planning, $9,900 in matching contributions to his 401K plan and $2,289 for insurance premiums.
Here’s the Medco proxy.
