This is about something else: measuring sales force effectivness and marketing support. The ranking is done by TargetRx, a market research firm, which queried docs about promotional activities, product perceptions, interactions with patients and managed care influence. The firm, which releases its analysis tomorrow morning, surveyed more than 100,000 physicians.
Among primary care docs, this how the companies ranked:

3 - Schering-Plough
4 - Abbott Laboratories
5 - Novo Nordisk
6 - Eli Lilly
7 - Johnson & Johnson
8 - Sanofi-Aventis
