Do you know where your compliance manuals are kept?

Only in America, pity. Other countries could use such progresive laws in fighting that “something wrong” which is spread all over the globe, wherever the big pharma do business.
Your government recovered about 20 billion stolen from them and that maybe only the tip of the iceberg for not all got caught. Immagine how much mney is out there in all those countries that do not have such strong laws to fight this kind of miscnduct.
It is not only the underdeveloped countries that don’t have them but most other developed, don’t have them either. Good and very close example to the US, your friends to the north Canada.
Nothing there and the big pharma has it easy. They do all those things your companies (same ones) do and nothing happens. Sometimes they get caught and given few thousands of $$ in fines. Cost of doing business they laught it off.
Isn’t bigpharmaland wonderful.
