I have been a somewhat unabashed defender of the industry - but this is ridiculous. Serious financial implications need to occur to wake some people up and downsize salesforces. It is too hard to supervise these huge salesforces and make sure everyone is following the rules. Pfizer - quit making it hard to trust the industry.
