<description>One ting you can beleive about the big pharma including this Co. They will do anything within reason in research and development to get where they want to go, have the drug on the market. That includes many other methods on top of strictly scientific and legal. Yes they are not killing those patients in trials and they are not producing drugs that border on poison but they are playing with fire too often. This comes easy for them for they are the Novartis Co and the players are taking the risk on their behalf and with their money. And they have plenty of it perhaps too plenty and they still want more.
Where they reallu stick it to us, is their promotional activity. Here they go all out, off label, fallse claims, bribes, payoffs, fake PMT. and so on. This on top of relentless "legal" promotions efforts that would include anything they deem useful like multiple sales forces, DTC ads,... you know the dril.
Can anyone stop them? Not "bloody likely" as someone said. Not in USA where they are so powerful and conected at top levels of our economic system. For them the dog eat dog capitalism works well.
