		<description>Love the lawsuit part.  Pfizer, and PhRMA in general, are working very hard to outlaw civil suits over drug-caused deaths and injuries if the drug was in FDA compliance (FDA preemption argument).

Could the same be used here?  What is the errant computer program was "in compliance" with whatever institution oversees computer programs?
