		<description>FYI, private insurers have been following in CMS' Medicare Part B footsteps when it comes to reimbursement models.  I described this evolution a few weeks ago on my blog:

It seems likely that insurers and other third-party payers will also use CMS' guidelines as cover for their own changes.
