We are posting our usual round-up a wee bit early this evening due to a speaking engagement, of all things. The New Jersey Intellectual Property Lawyers Association - that’s right, a group of patent lawyers - has asked us to chat about patents and how these are perceived by the media and the public. We don’t pretend to be experts, but we expect to have a good time discussing the issue and making acquaintances.
