		<description>So now that we have FDA "revitalization,"  does this mean we will see Lilly fined for "false and misleading" promotion.  As I recall, this is precisely what the new law calls for.  Does anyone read it differently?

And is anyone holding their breath?    Even if I had a hacking cough like Ed's, I wouldn't hold my breath.  And I'll wager there's not a lot of breath holding at Lilly either.</description>
