		<description>The industry would be pretty stupid to challenge this provision. First, they are PAYING the FDA to review the ads and SECOND they get a free pass if the ads are pre-approved and comply with FDA suggestions for changes, if any. That is, FDA cannot pull the ad after the barn door is closed. Sweet!

We all have to sacrifice some constitutional rights for security. Why should the drug industry be exempt?</description>
