The OFT report did not recommend anything stronger than “monitoring the situation.” They raised only theoretical, non-quantitative concerns about higher prices. The real question: How many more manufacturers can go DTP before smaller pharmacies start demanding the return of one-stop shopping from a wholesaler again?
