Lately, it indeed appears that the Vytorin clock never indicates to the top executives at Schering-Plough that it's time to act responsibly. Of course, their legacy tells us that this is nothing new for Fred and Carrie as they've had lots of practice at other companies (AHP, Pharmacia). They got rich doing it and never had to pay a price, so why not continue? Maybe now that they've got lots of people breathing down their neck, they'll finally have to fess up. Time will tell!
