Proteolix named Matthew Ferguson as cfo;
Tengion appointed Jeff Randall to its board;
Ocera hired M. Scott Harris as chief medical officer;
NPS promoted Francois Nader to ceo and president;
ViroPharma promoted Vincent Milano to ceo and president;
Liquidia Technologies hired Neal Fowler, Centocor’s president, as ceo;
Aton appointed Fred Eshelman to its management board;
Nile named Hsiao Dee Lieu as vp, clinical research;
Molecular Profiles hired Robert Sherry as associate director, pharmaceuticals;
Schering-Plough promoted Ian McInnes, to senior vp and president, global supply chain;
Express Scripts hired Jeff Hall as exec vp and cfo to succeed the retiring Ed Stiften;
BioVascular named Chris Bussineau as vp, pharma operations;
BioVascular named Eric Karpinski as vp, business development and nonvascular operations.
