Mylan’s Matrix Labs named Jagdish Viswanath Dore as ceo and managing director;
Cardinal Health named Michael Kaufmann as group president of the pharmaceutical segment;
Strativa Pharma, a unit of Par Pharmaceuticals, hired John Gillespie as vp, clinical and medical affairs;
Patheon switched Nick DiPietro to exec vp of corporate development;
Patheon transferred Clive Bennett to chief technical officer;
Bilcare Global Clinical Supplies hired Vito Mangiardi as ceo;
