		<description>It sure would make all these layoff easier to stomach if the CEO would, say, take a significant salary cut for even just a year...  Most of these guys are independently wealthy anyway -- it wouldn't hurt them a bit to forgo a salary for a year.  It would probably save dozens of "normal" jobs.</description>
