		<description>Derek Lowe over at "In the Pipeline" wrote a nice commentary on this last week.  Although I wish it had worked out better, I'm secretly a bit happy for the sake of my own career.  I'm pretty much tied to the success or failure of small molecule therapeutics.  I'll be out of a job if pharma makes a mass switch to RNAi or other biotech type drugs.
