The irony of this statement is that Pfizer pushed some of their Dilantin consumers to generics (Sept 2007) or to other brand name manufacuters by changing the drug that so many people had been taking for decades. Not everyone can take their NMP product. I know Dilantin is a small scale drug in comparison, but it is maybe the largest selling anti-epileptic drug on the market... or was.
