When I hear a generic company come out and say: “We’ve spent millions of dollars on the (research and development), we’ve spent lawyers’ time at our cost, just because it’s the right thing to do." What about the brand name pharmaceutical companies whom the generic companies profit from each and every day who spend BILLIONS on discovering new life saving medications? Poor Apotex, sorry, I don't feel sorry for you at all. Maybe you and your other generic companies should think about that when you challenge legitimate patents that force brand companies to spend millions defending a valid patent. You can save the millions they would have spent and do more good in the world. Unbelievable. You have to be kidding me right? When I hear a generic company come out and say:
