Time for some cutting remarks? How can we resist when Sanofi-Aventis distributes an item that can cause serious bleeding, especially for those who may need a blood thinner such as its own Lovenox. But wait. Could that be the point? After all, a pen is less likely to generate images of pools of blood if mishandled. Another marketer on the edge thanks to sharp thinking.
