		<description>Ed and Dr Campbell thank you for capturing/expressing a balanced view on this issue.  The last paragraph is particularly important as indeed requires trust and lack of prejudgments.  Industry/Academics relationship are not bad outright (and IMO very necessary to progress) although there are potential risks so need awareness.  

I think pharma industry has sometimes taken unjustified hits for failures/poor acts by academic institutions/individuals because they provided money with expectation that would be handled properly.  I don't know if a common form would be practical solution (and seems Bureaucratic) or just setting national standards then each institution can implement what is needed/works for them.</description>
