This particular story was confined to one state, as were some earlier posts about specific states filing suits against this or that company. While I sometimes refer to other states by way of background, it's not always possible or necessary to delve into the doings in other states in each post. Again, in this case, Al Baldasaro represents the Londonderry area in New Hampshire. There was no more reason to mention New Jersey than any other state in this context. ed Not at all.
