Counting The Counterfeits: How Bad Is It?

For those not keeping score, the World Health Organization estimates that up to one-third of all meds circling the globe may be fakes, dangerous ones at that. (Here is some WHO background). This problem is just horrible. There has to be some way to secure the ingredients and equipment needed to make the fake tablets. After all, they did try to secure the drug ingredients needed to make crystal meth.
