Oh, wait, that was signed in 2006! Maybe it was this <a href="http://oig.hhs.gov/fraud/cia/agreements/kyphon_cia_executed.pdf" rel="nofollow">one</a>. No, this one was signed in 2008! Well, it's a good thing they overhauled their Code of Conduct in 2004 - imagine the trouble they'd be in otherwise. Medtronic says it overhauled its code of conduct in 2004 to include tougher guidelines on relations with physicians.

Nothing like a CIA to encourage one to do the right thing. Oh, wait, that was signed in 2006! Maybe it was this one. No, this one was signed in 2008! Well, it’s a good thing they overhauled their Code of Conduct in 2004 - imagine the trouble they’d be in otherwise.
