I simply cannot believe that the CV/Renal Division hasn’t moved to the Advisory Committee stage for prasugrel, given the obvious issues that surround the assessment for approval. It’s simply not at all clear what the benefit will be given the bleeding risk, especially in several subgroups of the population. There are definitely some questions.
