Taconic hired Hilton Klein as vp, quality systems and regulatory affairs;
US Pharmacopeial Convention hired Matt Van Hook as assistant general counsel;
Pulmatrix hired John Hanrahan as senior vp and chief medical officer;
David Mott, former MedImmune ceo, joined New Enterprise Associates venture capital;
Eli Lilly named John Lechleiter, ceo and president, as chairman of the board;
Simcere Pharma promoted Jindong Zhou to exec vp and Xiaojin Yin to senior vp;
Archimedes Pharma named Andrew Morris as UK country manager;
Cegedim Group named Laurent Schockmel coo for the Americas region;
Bio-Kinetic Clinical Applications hired Mark Slama as general manager;
Wolfe Laboratories named Roger Rush as vp of preclinical development.
