The Big Pharma companies routinely "made people disappear" when they dare to question marketing activities. The companies have "compliance hotlines," but any employee who dares to bring up an issue of concern is typically "terminated" becaue they are perceived to be disloyal subjects. So much for doing the right thing! In fact, the employee would have been better off taking it outside before they mention anything inside in order to protect themselves from wrongful termination. However, they usually trust their compnay, but end up walking the streets looking for another job in short order. It’s about time!
