If you can not drink the water in the country you should not use there drugs. Many generic drugs in the United States do not inform you of their manufacturing location. The pharmacist also has no idea where the product was manufactured. Even the Big 3 must disclose the origin of the automobiles parts. Cars are more important than prescriptions.
