Sorry, I previously misstated, intended to say contributions to the Republican Party. Everyone should google to read all the atypical antipsychotic facts, about the harms, killings, and reported billions of dollars of frauds from Medicare/Medicaid.

I know too much about the frauds of TMAPS. After the frauds and retaliation that I went through for daring to notice and complain, which Texas DHS participated in, just for daring to notice and complain and trying to stop my mothers torture. I provided Allen Jones with much information. Anyone who knew what I went through would have a hard time believing that the state was conned into the TMAPS deal, as states are very talented in finding way to get federal dollars and pharma dollars. Texas legislatures even passed a bill, during this time which allowed gifts and grants from the pharmaceutical industries and no other industry. To date the A.G.'s MEFU has taken no action against a large nursing home chain which owned it's own pharmaceutical services (contracted with the state to monitor and help prescribe drugs at it's own and all area nursing homes. The large chain was Mariner (living centers Of Texas), which was indicted for illegal campaign contributions from the republican Party. Only after I found out the hard way, the GOA found that industries had too much influence over the government oversight agencies which are supposed to police them. Too much has been un-policed, and too many industry favors, thanks to G.W. Bush.
