		<description>It is a sad story, not an interesting story. It is not about the *inattention* to the rules, the death is because not following the clinical study protocol and enroll the child who has not met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Rules and regs did not hinder to follow the protocol in this case. Here the responsible people are the investigator who was not properly trained to follow the protocol's inclusion and exclusion criteria and the sponsor.</description>
