Methods of off label marketing, scripting drug reps, and curiously no mention - in fact an absence - of any discussion of people dying, getting diabetes, and other dire side effects. I surmise that both companies have and are doing all they can to expand the use of each drug, regardless of consideration of adverse events or effectiveness, as many now concur that atypicals are no more efficacious than generic psychotics.
