		<description>Sadly, these companies have been ripping off patients, HMOs, PBOs, state and federal governement for years. I say charge, prosecute and have them pay, personally if possible, for the crap they have wrought. And while they’re at it, I hope they throw a few of these bad-acting execs behind bars for awhile, so they can think about things before they repeat them. White-collar crime should be dealt with wherever it exists.</description>
