There are some outstanding environments for industry-academia collaboration elsewhere... places that have a low cost of living and relatively more affordable housing. for example, St. Louis... Washington University School of Medicine is there, not to mention Monsanto and other companies that require intelligent individuals in science, engineering, and medicine.</description>
