Which Drugmaker Has The Best Oncology PAP?

First things first - PAP is patient assistance program which, as you know, is supposed to make a difference for those who have difficulty affording the increasingly high cost of cancer meds.
And so 150 physicians and 100 oncology practice managers were asked by Market Strategies International about 30 different performance measures. The docs indicated Novartis ran the best PAP, although by a slight margin - the overall 73.5 score compared with 71.5 for Genentech and 71.4 for AstraZeneca. However, Lilly scored only 69.8 and Glaxo rated 69.2.
Among oncology practice managers, who are more likely to deal with the nuts and bolts of the patient assistance programs, Genentech was the leader with an 84.8 score. Other examples: Amgen rated 81.9 and Roche scored 75.6 (please click on the chart to enlarge your view).

Just wanted to make a suggestion. Is there anyway to standardize forms? It is the biggest issue I hear from people. I am not sure if everyone collects the same documentation of need, has the same % of poverty level, etc, but it would really help everyone doing the paperwork.
Thanks
