		<description>This case perfectly represents the worst aspects of reported adverse drug reactions; too many people want to jump on the bandwagon and there are too many lawyers willing to accommodate them and in the end they play right into the hands of the preemption advocates.</description>

		<description>Here is an excellent example of what I have pushed us to call "exploitative," not "frivolous," lawsuits. nothing "frivolous" about this.   The fact that this guy is going to jail is worth celebrating too.</description>
