On January 30 I went into get hearing aids - they said it was approved - was having problems with them not fitting and not being able to hear right with them. I had gone into Bell Tone in Burleson - because the tech was not adjust them right I made an appt with Manisfield, Tx - He asked to see them and clean them then came in and said Medicaid did not approve the hearing aids after I had them for 5-6 months. No letter from medicaid and no letters from them. M
My pastor was goingto go in with me to talk to them and they refused. (I had made a appt for my pastor so we could talk to them because I knew they would give me problems with talking with them. I have ask to speak to the owner and they refuse to let me.
I have a 75% hearing lose on left side and 35% on right so needless to say I do not hear very well and with me being a widow it sometime concerns me with not being able to hear well.
If you can help me get to the right place and help me get my hearing aids back I would appreciate. The papers I sign to recieved them on 30th or 31st. They told me that everything was approved at that time.
Please help me -

Allen,

If you happen to talk to any of the Asst. A.G.'s in the TX MFCU, ask them why they won't allow Ima Misfit to fire his attorneys and retain competent representation.

They'll know who I am.

As a former FDA employee I was involved with the Pediatric Exclusivity determination for Risperdal, which gave JNJ an additional 6 months of marketing exclusivity or based on 2006 sales figures an addition $1B US in sales.

JNJ in my opinion did not meet the requirements for exclusivity. My reviews were then written for me and although I did insist on my own review but I was then forced to water it down to be more neutral. When I went before the board to determine exclusivity I indicated verbally that the requirements had not been met. I then was grilled for over an hour with them trying to get me to say JNJ had fulfilled the requirements. I kept telling them no but there was enough information for review (i.e. it was not a filing issue) and I would be able to review it and cobble enough information together, but as far as following the requirements laid out in the written request letter they had not. Finally a member of the committee asked me 'would YOU be satisified' (not had the requirements been fulfilled which is what they had been asking me and trying to get me to say). I emphatically said "Yes, yes!' just to get out of there. They granted exclusivity and finally let me go. Right after the meeting my boss told me I had said I claimed I said they fulfilled the requirements and I denied it and told the above scenario. We then argued about this for at least 10 minutes.

I'm certain nothing will come of this major fraud. However if anyone's interested I do plan on calling the FBI one more time about this.
