Here are some of the latest changes. Recognize anyone?

This time around, we note that US Pharmacopeia hired Matthew Heyman as vp of external affairs and strategic integration, which involves outreach to government agencies, international organizations and groups that set quality and safety standards, among others. He most recently was chief of staff at the National Institute of Standards and Technology.

Acorda Therapeutics elected John Kelley to its board;
Merck named Mervyn Turner as chief strategy officer;
Endo Pharmaceuticals says George Horner III resigned from its board;
SciClone Pharmaceuticals hired Gary Titus as cfo and senior vp, finance;
CircuLite hired Peter Pfreundschuh as cfo;
AstraZeneca named Graham Baker as vp and cfo of AstraZeneca North America;
Cerimon Pharmaceuticals named Jim Shannon to its board;
Helicos BioSciences tapped board member Ron Lowy as ceo;
Transdel Pharmaceuticals added Lynn Swann to its board;
Avila Pharma tapped Dan Lynch as executive chairman of its board;
MedPro Rx named Brad Andrews senior vp of sales and marketing;
Bayer named Daniel Hartert as chair of its business services executive board;
Camargo Pharma Services hired Elaine Taylor as director of research services;
Regado Biosciences hired Ellen McDonald as senior vp business operations and chief business officer.
