Thanks for taking note of Vytorin's place among the Top 10 PR Blunders.

You make a point that merits emphasis: the list is about highlighting public relations as mission-critical to businesses and organizations, not about blaming public relations staff or consultants.

In the vast majority of cases the issue isn't bad public relations efforts, it's that public relations impact was never given a thought.  Ideally, such thinking would begin at the top.
