Pfizer hired Bradley Lerman as senior vp of litigation and he will report to Amy Schulamn, senior vp and general counsel. For the past 10 years, Lerman was litigation partner at Winston & Strawn in Chicago, where he concentrated his practice in white-collar defense, product liability and securities litigation. matters. glaxoGlaxo agreed to pay $36.5 million for Bristol-Myers Squibb’s Pakistani business, which includes a portfolio of more than 30 pharmaceutical brands, including antibiotics, vitamins and dermatology products.
