We are showing our age, but not ashamed to enjoy ourselves. If only the Great Pumpkin would appear…

  1. Sorry, Ed, involved in a seeding trial…..

  2. Has Mrs. Pharmalot seen this…let me guess…you were supposed to be working on your honey to do list and somehow got off track…or maybe You Tube is the better alternative to eating all of the Halloween candy that Mrs. Pharmalot is trying to save for trick or treaters…?

Are you giving out Snickers at your house?

  3. Well. . . I’m far too disappointed in my carving tool skills (or the lack of same, more precisely), to show the actual pumpkin I carved and painted today, but now, as I hand out the candy (full-sized chocolate bars!), I’ll share the digitally-shopped version, of which my carved RT one is but a pale imitation.

    Happy All-Hallows-Eve, one and all!

    Namaste

  4. Condor…thanks for posting the digital version of your Halloween pumpkin.

What kind of candy bars did you hand out? Any left over?

Sorry that I have to ask such a ‘dumb girl’ question, but what is the significance of ‘Ironman’. Is Ironman a cartoon character? Does he remind you of our fearless blog chaperone Ed S., and/or did you dress up in an Ironman costume to hand out the full size candy bars?

  5. I just thoroughly enjoyed Robert Downey Jr.’s performance in the movie, loosely based on the Marvel comic book hero’s narrative.

Next, I regret to inform you that we ate up gave away all the full size Snickers and Three Muskateers we had. . . .

Finally, I was dressed up in the manner of a Luchedore — sky blue tights, a red cape (made of table-cloth!) and a mask — red and azure. . . .

  6. Condor,

Oh, now that you mention it, I do vaguely remember the Ironman trailers. Missed the movie.

    Nice sounding costume!

So did you eat up or give away all of the full size Snickers?

  7. Upon the advice of counsel, I have been instructed to decline to answer your last question — and instead assert my rights under the fifth amendment.”

    Futher, the affiant sayeth naught.

  8. We couldn’t resist getting in a little Halloween fun. Hope you enjoy Dracula, Wolfman, Frankenstein & the Mad Scientist courtesy of JibJab & our team at Beaker.

  9. Brilliant!

I love how easy Jib-Jab makes it to be a web-Flash movie Guru — just pay your $19.95 (for a year’s worth of customizable still, and animated holiday hoots), upload some of your family/friends’ face photos (or, your enemies, if you prefer!), customize, and away you go!

    Well done, Mr. Clark!

    Namaste
