		<description>I agree that many industries need to look outside their own, to evaluate best practices.  When in the hospital, we implemented a Valet Service for visitors-we went to the Ritz Carlton.  We looked at the Wal Mart model for supply chain efficiency.  CEO's and BOD's need to be more open to this practice if they are serious about running a business.</description>
