Moreover, Vioxx settlements with individuals came to almost $5 billion yet to date individual settlements for Zyprexa have been only $1.2 billion. Did Eli Lilly get a break when it came to the number of individual litigants because of the nature of the class of prescribees injured by Zyprexa?
