For something really scary look at the Iloperidone (Fanapt - Vanda) reviews. It didn’t work. Laughren and Temple agree on turndown. Then poof googling the medical reviewer shows shes doing inspections and Laughren and Temple do a complete about face on studies they previously said were no good.
As for the toxicity and the animal tox. VERY VERY SCARY!
