		<description>While this is a good step, it doesn't go far enough.  What about caps on KOLs, Advisors, Consultants, Experts, etc.  This is where the real money changes hands.  Speakers fees are pennie, but the other fees are outrageous.  Until this is controlled, These docs will continue to be bought and paid for by Big Pharma companies and tout their meds everywhere they go.</description>
