OK Doc. What is your solution for universal health care? All the civilized western countries have it. It works well in Canada just north of you.I do have to agree that big pharma does well in such systems. But it does even better in yours. There is a way to cut their wings, but it is not easy and if I had the solution I'd do it. One thing for sure the people of US deserve and must have better health care than today.

Codes R not us where on earth did you get the delusion that Obama has a "noble goal" to give everyone health care?!!!!!! Do you have any idea WHO will actually benefit from Obama's "noble" plan? Big Pharma, Big Time!!!! The so called Obamacare bill is for THEM, not US!!

Have you ever noticed the prescribing practices of government run programs? Take a look at Medicare or the VA. They run more drugs through those programs than anyone can comprehend! Senator Grassley is currently investigating one FL shrink who was writing 153 scripts PER DAY for one of the new atypical antipsychotics!

Is that what you want to see nationwide? That is where we are headed and it scares me to death that so many are falling for this line of BS to get us wrapped up in this health program! Over the past two decades of specializing in antidepressant adverse reactions I have repeatedly stated that the one thing that has saved many lives is the LACK of health insurance because people could not afford their antidepressants and were forced to look for alternatives.

I DO NOT WANT OBAMACARE! It only makes me and you and everyone else a free meal ticket for Big Pharma and they will great anticipation await that meal!!!!

American way of life is something else, that includes your justice system and everything else. That is why things change so slowely and with such pain. Look at Obama's noble goal to give everyone health care in the richest country in the world, how dificult the process is. Here we have a company Pfizer that already paid $2.300.000.000.00 in fines for doing all kinds of illegal stuff for years, including offlabel promo (their routine way to make extra $$) and the DOJ is not going after them on this one. They did it for sure so what is the problem? We all hope Peter wins. Yes he deserves it as much as the other successful WBers.
