BayBio Jeremy Leffler chief operating officer;
Human Genome Sciences named David Southwell exec vp and cfo;
Teva Pharmaceuticals named Phillip Frost as chairman;
Sandoz promoted Don DeGolyer to head No. American commercial ops;
Cornerstone Pharmaceuticals named Robert Shepard as chief medical officer;
EUSA Pharma hired Iain McGill as president, Europe and International;
iBio has named Vidadi Yusibov as chief scientific officer;
Vermillion appointed Carl Severinghaus to its board;
Afraxis named David Campbell chief scientific officer;
Afraxis tapped Carmine Stengone as vp of corporate development;
Cylex elected Richard Sandberg to its board;
Genomics Institute of the Novartis Research Foundation says Peter Schultz has left.
