		<description>United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights is definately promoting medications, and the general public's physician is over precribing medicine. I am aware that medication at times are necessary-This is defintely a promotion for  medications. 
 Obama and the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights  are also responsible to provide ethical pharmaceutica products---without toxic ingredients.  Doctors should treat patients as indiivuals and a honorable program for postmarketing of drugs should be mandated</description>
