A college friend, who is now a Barrister in the UK tells me that the Pfizer “redundants” don’t have a case. Pfizer may have mediocre scientists but they’ve always had pretty good labor lawyers.

WRT to FDA outsourcing,the FDA Commish is reported to be an expert in bioweapons and national security, but despite this certain republicans want to budget cut her? Am I missing something?
Certain republicans are reported to want to increase DOJ funding to fight health care fraud, but the piece on outsourcing and proposed budget cuts seem to give the perception that other republicans want to disrupt these efforts?
