This time around, we note that Quintiles hired Peter Lassoff as leader for the EU Pharmaceutical Regulatory and Quality practice where he will provide regulatory support across all consulting practices. Previously, he spent 12 years at Parexel, where he was vp of consulting in Europe. Prior to this, he held senior regulatory positions at several companies including Stiefel Laboratories and Bristol Myers Squibb.

And this week, we are blessed with a second featured person. Sanofi Pasteur named Damian Braga as global head of commercial operations, which is a brand new spot. A 23-year veteran of the vaccine maker, Braga was previously president of Sanofi Pasteur US and vp of Sanofi Pasteur Americas, which meant he was responsible for operations in the US, Canada and Latin America business units. For the serious minded, his new formal title is sr vp, commercial operations, vaccines.
